2012 Workshop on Genomics, Czech Republic.

Comparative Genomics) is being held from 8-21 January, 2012 in Český
Krumlov, Czech Republic. This will be the second time the Workshop
will be held in Europe, and the third full-length Workshop. A full
schedule can be viewed below. Modifications and additions to the
schedule may be made at anytime prior to the beginning of the
Workshop, however the overall content and structure will remain
largely the same.

In addition, we will be hosting several Advanced Topic Sessions
following the core Workshop. These sessions will begin on 23 January
(Monday) and continue through the 25th. Applications for participation
in these sessions are currently being accepted for the following
topics:
Programming with Python/Biopython for Genomic Data Analysis
Using R and Bioconductor to Analyze Genomic Data
Participation in an Advanced Topic Session is not limited to
participants of the full Workshop. You are only eligible to
participate in a single Advanced Topic Session at a time.
