Mouse refseq bed file on RseQc website

Hi,

I see that mouse bed file to be used as input for RseQc tool is available for download on your official website. I would like to know what parameters were used to download this particular file below from UCSC table browser. It would be very useful if you can share a brief note on how to curate this file and what the values in the 7th and 8th column corrresponds to? file https://sourceforge.net/projects/rseqc/files/BED/Mouse_Mus_musculus/mm10_RefSeq.bed.gz/download
