Fail to create folder /dir.temp.

Dear all

someone know what is the possible solution to this issue?

I running RSEM with bowtie2-2.3.2  with paired-end files and did work..

Fail to create folder /DRR.pacap.temp.

the directory have permits to read and write

~/software/RSEM/rsem-calculate-expression -p 8 --paired-end \                                      [12:37PM]
                                        --bowtie2 --bowtie2-path software/bowtie2-2.3.2 \
                                        --estimate-rspd \
                                        --append-names \
                                        --output-genome-bam \
DRR061026_1.fastq DR061026_2.fastq  ~/software/ref/ENSEMBL/h3889/h3889  /DRR061026.pacap

I had the same issue before. Try to setup a temp folder using "--temporary-folder". It should work.

You may be trying to create the .temp folder in a folder that does not exist.
