Announcement: RSEM v1.1.2 is released!

Dear RSEM users,

I'm glad to announce that we recently released RSEM v1.1.2. There're two
changes. First, Normalized Read Fraction(nrf) are eliminated from outputs
and posterior mean counts are added. Second, a bug leading RSEM fail if
estimating RSPD is fixed.

I'd suggest you switch to this new version.

Dear users,

In addition, RSEM v1.1.2 supports the newest SAM specification, SAM spec
v1.3 now.
