RSEM v1.1.8 is released!

Hi all,

RSEM v1.1.8 is online now. Added sanity checks for the user choosed
aligner, including if the reference used and alignments produced follow
RSEM's requirements. Added a new plot by "rsem-plot-model", a histogram of
reads with different number of alignments. A bug in "rsem-plot-model" is
fixed.
