Dear rseq users,

I got a strange error (below) I cannot make head nor tail of. Anybody
got an RMAPOptionException when running rseg?

thank you for your program. I installed as suggested by the manual,
all executables run up to the level to print out the help messages. I
tried

rseg-diff -v -i chrall1_sorted.bed chrall2_sorted.bed -c
mouse-mm9-size.bed -m 2 -N tst1

and I got

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'RMAPOptionException'
Aborted

Could you help me to bring light in what may have gone wrong?

The option -i expects an integer argument, which is missed in your command.

Try:

rseg-diff -v -i 10 chrall1_sorted.bed chrall2_sorted.bed -c

mouse-mm9-size.bed -m 2 -N tst1
