Good evening and warm wishes from flat owners of Abinaya Apartments

Adjacent plot owner next to the B-Block has raised objection about the Balcony elevation. Informed us the balcony elevation has crossed into his land area. This has been brought to our notice by him after the new compound wall has been raised by them. Said they will discuss with you (Builder Royal splendour) on the same.

We kindly request you to clarify on the objection raised by the neighbour plot owner as soon as possible as it has caused panic among B- Blocks flats owners.
