Dear All,

This is to invite you all for the abinaya apartment owners association meeting that is planned on Sunday, 17th Feb 2013 @ 11 AM in our apartment premises. Please do attend without fail.

Meeting Agenda:

1. Lift - License issue and AMC

2. To buy a spare water motor

3. Water tank filter - AMC

4. To put slope at the north entrance (which was removed during the road work)

5. To revise the monthly maintenance amount and make it flat/fixed amount (now additional charges are being collected separtely apart from the regular maintenance amount)

6. Other general discussion on apartment welfare activities

Confirmed earlier. But due to urgent work in my work place, I am not in a position to attend the meeting today. I agree to what ever decisions our apartment association and members take to the welfare of our apartment.
