Note to all members,

A Bicycle theft has took placed at our apartment on early morning 2nd jan 16.Bicycle belongs to B1 owner.  A favorite gift (folding model) from Qatar to my son brought just a year back. This incident took place when the security person was in place of their duty. The proprietor of the security company Mr. Parsuram was been informed which led immediate discussion in his presence along with our members. Most members including us was about to file an FIR against them. The proprietor repeatedly requested not to do so, as it will cause bigger damage to his company business. Regretting for such incident, Mr.Parsuram agreed later to bear the amount compensation of the lost cycle if not recoverable by them.

First we need act by listing down all the items or the materials owned and used by all members in their own parking area vehicles and common area items like motor and so on to be recorded in a register.This register as approved and acknowledged by all members, the proprietor of the security service company should acknowledge as agreed and responsible if any lost on theft.

If required a log register for the security person outgoing and incoming time signed reported daily activities.

This incident need to be treated as a wakeup call on lapse of security prevails at our apartment.  The local police authorities on several occasion advised and instructed us to provide the facility CC camera units on security reasons in the apartment.

To resolve the lapse of the security part by fixing CC camera units as suggested by the local police authorities. Also this facility will provide evidence support on these related incidents as required by local police authorities.

It will be appreciated with the members coordinating and contributing on providing details about the suppliers and fixing the installing and operating the CC Cameras UNITS to be placed and operated.

An immediate meeting with all members is highly appreciated.

Dear All,

It is a high time to stand united. The incident of theft was taken very seriously with our security service in-charge Mr.Parasuraman when he came to meet us on last Sunday(03.01.2015) after the incident. We have asked him to respond on following two core issues;

1. How he is going to compensate for the loss. (Physical & Mental)
2. What step he is going to take in oncoming days ensuring complete protection to lives & property in our apartment.

Even we asked for a signed stamp paper document from him to ensure that no such incidents will occur in future. Members shall please respond/suggest on how to tighten up the security service provider and steps from our end including installation of CCTV cameras. I am trying to get a budgetary quote from a CCTV vendor and will share the same soon.

Thanks & Regards
Vijay
