ABINAYA APARTMENT - DRAINAGE REMOVAL

Dear Owners,

 

Please refer the communication sent by us during the the month of November 2013 regarding the objections raised by the adjacent Plot owners ( near B Block) for diverting the drainage/waste water to their plot.  

 

They have visited our flat on 05-01-2014 and strongly objected to the above mentioned fact.  They have given time limit upto 25th of this month to rectify the same.

 

We have called the plumber who is expert in making the sock pits which can absorb the drainage/waste water.  The same may help us in reducing the recurring expenses in connection with the  drainage removal cost.   He has seen the feasibility and informed us that in two places the sock pits can be made.  The approximate estimate given by him is around Rs.16000/-.  

 

Request your feed back. 

 

We should keep in mind the time limit given by the adjacent plot owners.

Dear Members,

 

The adjacent plot owners ( Shri. Kannan - 9443164044) made a call yesterday and he has reiterated the time limit given by them.  They want the removal of pipeline by this month end at any case.

 

Till now, the amount received from  A2, A8, B1, B7 & B8

Confirmation regarding the payment will be made from A1, B3,

 

Others Please expedite.  We need to start the work by 20th of this month.

I strongly believe the adjacent land owner will legally lodge the complaint against us incase if we fail to complete the work as demanded.
