Good morning to all,

Communication with flat owners and Tenants of Abinaya Flats owner Association is been coordinated through Google group as rsdab...@googlegroups.com. Now Association has registered with online Apartment Management software known as ApartmentADDA offered by  3Five8 Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Bangalore.

Registered with Basic version, which is free to avail the services of product offered by them.  Premium version offered on the same product with more features on other category and tasks added. The details are available at the site.

Details like Block A & B, Flat Number, Mobile number and Email id are updated on member list on resident dashboard. Also recent association maintenance activities are up loaded with Document and photos for reference.

A sample poll as a testing purpose is being included for members participation on instant poll feature provided.

Still all the members’ gets normal level of understanding and using this facility, the existing mode of communication using with Google group will continue. Switch over can be decided on next association meeting.

Member Giri – B1 assigned as the moderator or administrator privilege for this online management software.

Hope, all members will avail this new feature for the association to organize better communication on sharing our views, suggestion, updating meeting agendas and so on.
