This is to invite you all for the Apartment owners meeting on Sunday, 19th April @ 11 AM at our apartment premises.

Agenda:

1. Bore-well work continuation (Amount pending from flats A3, B2, B5 & B7, hence we could not start the work as committed earlier)

2. B-Block Lift issue

3. Maintenance Account Handover - We have completed the 6 months tenure. 

4. Any other concerns/apartment welfare activities that comes up from our owners

Few weeks before we had a meeting organized by the police officials in our apartment. At that time, they requested us to invite them as well if we are planning for any owners meeting. 

If we have majority of our flat owners are joining the meeting, we will inform them as well. Hence please acknowledge your presence for the meeting.

Hi,

It is been agreed to resolve the water problem first and lift issue within the two months before entering new AMC.

 

It is totally unfair and unjust by members for not making payment on the deadline as informed by mr. Uthrakumar for the water problem.

 

Would had appreciated members raising issue on unresolved or unattended problems after making the payment for the issue to get resolved as discussed and agreed.

 

It is an insult to the member who had taken so much time and efforts on resolving the water issue with all members concerns, suggestions and recommendations and acknowledgement during the last meeting.

 

If members don't have faith and trust on fixing planned scheduled discussion and meeting on resolving the issue one after another, we are forced by those members to stop now on taking the charge of next rotational in charge for the apartment welfare activities.

 

If the lift issue gets neglected within two months to come final conclusion on the feasibility of the cost to bear for lift operations, we need to think over on stopping contributing charges being paid to the security people at first level.
