RSD Abinaya Apartment Owners Meeting Invite - Sunday, 4-June @ 11 AM

Dear All,

This is to invite you all for the Apartment Owners Meeting on Sunday, 4th June @ 11 AM at our apartment premises.

Following is the meeting agenda:

1. Recently the shops in our apartment have been sold to another person, he is now requesting us to have water pipes in his shops. 

2. As the RSD builder is not in good financial position now, we need to discuss on how to get our apartment Title Deed document (Moola Pathiram) from them.

3. Apartment Painting work - have to request the pending flats to pay it soon hence we shall start the work. 

All of these items are very important to discuss with all flat owners in person, also it has been long time that we all met with each other, so I request all of you to attend the meeting positively and we come up with the solid decision on the above items.

Dear All,

Thanks to those 8 members who have joined the meeting yesterday. Others, please find below the MoM of the meeting and contact us if any clarifications needed or for any suggestion. 

1. It has been discussed and decided to allow the shop owner to use the water with the monthly maintenance of Rs. 1000, it is permitted only for one shop. Other than the water usage by one shop, the shop keepers don't have any accessibility to the apartment. The shop owner agreed to our condition. 

2.  We, at least more than 5 or 6 flat owners should go and meet the builder in his office and seek the title deed document, date is yet to be finalized based on who and all going.  Request all of you to try to join us, we shall get this done only if we go as a big gang. Please contact us if you are joining us, we need to plan and visit within this month,

3. As of today, except B7 flat owner we have received money from all others, Thanks to them for their contribution and co-operation. We are talking with the B7 owner to get his contribution as well soon. In the meanwhile, we need to get the revised quotation as the last one was got a long back and may not be valid now. This should be done before 10th of this month and painting work to be started.
