If we are not doing it now, definitely we are heading for serious problem as far as water supply is concerned.

Already rental value of abhinaya is less compared to nearby flat.

Everyone is aware of Mr Srinivasan contribution and the services rendered to the apartment welfare activities for the period of charge you took. I had openly made these appreciations both in the meeting and email forum. Also for the same efforts, it is been appreciated by most of all other members for the same kind of job and services carried out of dedication thereafter so.
No one had any doubt on the integrity and honesty on the role of the charge you took with apartment welfare activities after Mr.krishna moorty hand over.
Do these past services serve any justification now, on delaying the contribution share? The members frustration is been there for over years and growing more and more with the kind of water quality being drawn now.
If a member fails to stop these frustrations after agreeing to contribute, making delays in the coordination and cooperation of welfare activities it is not fair from their part to expect others to remain in silent or try to educate to behave and react in a favorable or acceptable manner.
Unfair from your end to specify the reason even now about the delay caused for contributing. Response made after a long period. Your Last e-mail communication was on feb mid.
You may be right from your perception of the issue on taking the decision you feel. Whatever felt so should be communicated within a specific period. Is this way of acting is not correct?
If someone has not acted correctly in the past, does that mean it need to be repeat or reacted accordingly so now while others took in charge?
React and specify openly and express to all if a member fails in coordinating or cooperating so.
Prevailing and pending Issues has to close within a period as said and agreed before. If not everyone should come forward together for next possible meeting or a discussion.
My views and suggestions expressed treating all the members of this apartment as having only one status as OWNERS. All other status remains with individual are respected and has nothing to do with apartment welfare common maintenance activities contribution. It is the responsibility of the owners to take care of this apartment building irrespective whether they occupy or not. If any member fails or deviate on this other members should come forward to frame a strong guidelines acceptable to all to stop those silly attitudes.

Do we need to understand B5 is not serious on the state of the condition of their flat terrace which is badly getting affected due to large scale of water contents from water head tanks?
These residues scales of iron oxide contents from the water in the tanks are overflowed at times are continuously getting depositing wet in state over years penetrating into concrete ceilings and walls nearby.
These penetrations will have larger impacts in near future which affects the ceilings and wall of the building if not taken care at this stage. It is my kind suggestion to B5 to look into this issue seriously for the kind of money invested after hard earnings as an owner.
I would like our member B5 to note this issue seriously and do the needful to take care of the flat. It is the responsibility of the flat member to bring it to notice to them and others also.
if B5 is aware of this issue and still not worried and feel not so important to stop the damages happening with the apartment flat in future they can discard this message.

It is nice to hear through Mr. Vijay karthik from B5 owner on the initiation taken for the lift issue. However, at the same time no member until now had stopped B5 serving voluntarily on resolving the inconvenience felt for the last three years with apartment common facilities and services.
B5 member has been unfair on
delaying (almost two months now) with no communication so far on agreed
contribution for the common maintenance activities decision taken by all
members collectively with the bore well.
Why rotational in charge member need to remind or request repeatedly for agreed shared contribution? What does these meaningless delays from members serves to others? It is unfair and unacceptable by any member making excuses or remaining silent for delay on agreed contributions for resolving issues on affecting health conditions.
No member is stopping other members on resolving the Lift issue with service providers amicable to all. Hence it is not fair on delaying by B5 member for the bore well necessity where rest 15 members made their contribution to the same.
It is the duty of the owner on getting updating apartment flat welfare activities and services needed either in person or in other way on their own. If members finds difficulties or unavailable ( other than exception) for scheduled informed meetings, or conveying through mobile SMS or through email post or recording directly by person in the Register or displaying in the notice board at security person area or representing through tenants on their behalf, then what else method to be followed to carry out for conveying to and fro views and suggestions needed for apartment welfare activities? Only left option is Indian Postal with acknowledgement services should be taken into account for conveying the messages hereafter.
