Greetings. It has been very long time that I am contacting you. As my daughter's family lives in my flat, I have authenticated her and  her husband to participate in our apartment related meetings. In fact I believe and you all agree that she had discharged her duties during her tenure in maintaining our department. There were no regrets. I heard from her that, in a recent meeting it has been decided to install cctv camera in our apartment. A good move. Care should be taken that they are all to be installed in  common and most important places and highly needed points  only. There should not be any individual interest in location of  points. Ask for quotations from a reputed concern. There are humpty number of companies in Chennai. As there are more competition recently in this field, we can find a good company at a reasonable cost with utmost recent technology. It should include annual maintenance also. I also came to know that the executive members are having a plan of cleaning the well, it will be easy and good if you do this work during rainy season of Chennai. Please check the service charges with other people also. I don't think that it will cost Rs.5000. Also, my personnel opinion is not to open separate account in any bank. It will lead to lot of problem, any individual who is in charge of maintenance may handle money without consultation with the apartment owners during the need and may confess after that in the urgent they have done. Excepting flood there is no urgent in planning and executing any kind work in our apartment. So any welfare things can be discussed and can be well planned  by conducting  the meeting. During the meeting we can share our views,  useful and possible viable suggestions. Then the expenditure can be equally shared among ourselves. Let it continues. I repeat let us NOT try to implement our personnel wishes & need and not biased while discharging our duties to a common cause.

Thanks for your suggestions, things are moved my only for the benefit for the apartment and on a common cause.  Please keep providing your comments so we (taking care of apt maintenance) will feel supporting to move ahead.
