MOM - ASSOCIATION MEETING 23-02-2014 SUNDAY 11.00 AM

Dear All,

 

The minutes of the meeting is as follows.

 

1) Shri. Anbuchezhian ( A3 ) has been elected as Secretary cum Treasurer for the next 6 months starting from 1st March 2014.  Let us assure him our co-operation & support for him in the association activities.

 

2) The association has took note of the expenses incurred for the drainage work. The details of the expenses are Rs.11000/- for 2 ready made sock pits & Rs.7200 for the plumbing work.  Hence there is a shortage of Rs.2200/- after adjusting the contribution of Rs.1000/- from each member.  The same will be adjusted in the regular monthly expenses.

 

3) An amount of Rs.1000/- is still pending from A7 & B5.    We request them to contribute the same as we need to settle the amount for the plumbing work.

 

We once again wishing all the very best for the newly elected Secretary cum Treasurer and extend our fullest co-operation and support.

It has been decided to convene the Association Meeting on 23-02-2014, Sunday at 11.00 a m at our apartment.

 

The Agenda for the meeting is as follows

 

1) To elect the new secretary/treasurer for the next six months starting from March 2014 ( on rotational basis)

2) To take note of the expenses incurred for the drainage work

3) An amount of Rs1000/-for drainage work was collected from the members  - the same is pending from 3 of our members.

4) Any other matter if it is brought to the notice.

 

We request every one to make it convinient to attend the same.
