This is to invite you all for the apartment owners meeting that is scheduled on Sunday, 15th Feb @ 11 AM at our apartment premises.

Below are the items that we would like to discuss in the meeting:

1. Well water cleaning

2. New motor purchase

3. Apartment whitewash (as suggested by the builder)

Dear all,

Include B- Block Lift problem in the agenda of the meeting invited. 

Also  we request you to include the B block Lift problem which is pending for long time. When A block lift is under running condition maintained and managed by third party company of welfare association members contribution, why the B block lift problem cannot be managed in resolving the issue and making it working condition as A block ? Is it fair on sharing the contribution of both A and B block members for managing and maintain A block Lift alone?

All the issues as mentioned are to be attended on high priority and on whatever cost is required is accepted and will be shared as a member.

I too agree with the concerns raised by Gridhar Rao. Please give importance to the B block Lift problem, other agenda given in the mail can also be considered.

Dear All,

I will not be available on 15.02.2015. Please postpone the meeting to 22.02.2015. I am looking forward for the discussions on following ;

1. Well cleaning is a good initiate. In addition, we need to dig a deep bore well which will resolve the uncleanness issue associated with the open well water. Earlier there was a borewell which become unused and now it is lost totally.
2. Lift issues to be discussed and resolved.

As my son is having examination on 15th it is requested for the change of meeting date if possible for representing on behalf of B1..

In case if not possible as mentioned all the issue need to be discussed and the minute of the meeting has to be emailed to all.
