Abinaya Apt - Painting & other work updates and fund required

Dear All,

Nowadays all our communicatiosn related to apartment activities are through WhatsApp group.

It is understood that some of the members are still not connected in RSD Abinaya Apartment WhatsApp group. Please send your WhatsApp contact numbers to add in the RSD Abinaya WhatsApp group.

This email is to inform the members who are not in WhatsApp group and who are not aware that we are collecting Rs 10,000 per member for the following works. There is a shortage of Rs 60,000 to complete the painting activities, Rs 40,000 is required to renew the lift AMC(due for long time), Rs 45,000 for correcting the holes, major cracks ìn walls(painting can be completed only after attending to these cracks), water tank cracks and patch works in car parking floor area including the termite treatment around all the columns, replacement of septic tank chamber covers. It has been decided to collect Rs 10,000 per head for proceeding with further development works.

So please transfer Rs 10,000 for the aforesaid activities at the earliest.

This message is from owner of B6. It has been informed long time back by my daughter to lock the tap permanently in the terrace exactly above our flat. Otherwise, the leakage water from it gets stagnated just above our flat and weakens our roof. Kindly look into this and see that it is permanently closed.

Hello Sir,

Though the tap in terrace was in place since the building completion time, we came to know about this issue last month. Then we have taken steps such as applying white cement in terrace around those area.

However if you still have problem of leakage in your house because of this tap, we can close the tap permanently.
