Dear Subramanian(B7 Owner),

When are you going to give Rs 25,000 pending from you for a long time towards the apartment painting activities. You are very much aware that because of amount due from you(B7 house), we could not start the painting activities.

Don't say that you have not received any mail from us for prior information.

Several times all of us have contacted you directly and still you are telling stories.

All the rates of painting activities have increased now. Because of your delaying, all of us are suffering the rate increase. As a banker, you know, these expenditures are common in any apartment, still you are not co-operating for the welfare activities.

Other works like Lift AMC renewals/CCTV camera are pending because we are struck up with painting activities.

Please respond.

Dear All,

This is to inform you that the Lift AMC period got expired in June 2017 itself. Lift operators are chasing us for renewal of AMC by paying Rs 40,000 + tax for both lifts.

We are struck up with painting work itself because of non payment by B7 Owner.

We planned to collect Rs 25,000 per head for painting and drainage works. We collected Rs 3,75,000 from 15 owners contributing Rs 25,000 each. Out of collected Rs 3,75,000 we have spent Rs 60,000 for drainage works. Balance available is Rs 3,15,000. Because of delay in collecting the money for painting works, the revised  quote what we got is for Rs 3,98,000.

Hence there is a shortfall/deficit of Rs 83,000 including Rs 25,000 non-paid by B7 owner.

Now this deficit + Lift AMC amount, total required is Rs 1,23,000.

Please advice the way to proceed further.

Hi Vijay,

I agree with Mr. Balachandar, we should collect the remaining required money to finish the work. Priority wise since it's raining now we can first use fund to complete the lift AMC and after couple of months we can start the painting work.
