Apartment Additiona expenses

Dear  Residents, 

This is to inform you all,  Please find the attached document for  details of the apartment expenses for the ,month of Jun 2014. 

Apart from the normal expenses, the new motor has been purchased for RO filter, since existing motor completely burnt. 
New Motor cost and fixing labor charges  Rs 5800
As per advice from RO Service Technician, We need to  change the Water Filter and Tank cleaning.
The breakup as follows .
RO Filter  and labor charges         Rs   8000 
Tank cleaning                                  Rs   2500
Plus
RO water filter  Motor                      RS  5800 ( Already Fixed)

In the above expenses,  Ro Water filter and Motor cost  should bear  the Owners (Rs 862).
Tank Cleaning  Rs 2500, shared by All Rs 160
Total Cost  Rs. 1022 

So I request to every one  pay Rs 1022,
Tenants are requested to inform to owners and same you can reduce from Rent.
