Position: US IT Recruiter (Sourcing)
Location: Remote (India)
Duration: Full time

7+ Years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter, better to have recruiting experience
The Desired candidate must have the LinkedIN Account

Requirements:

  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • IT Staff augmentation Sourcing experience preferred
  • Successful previous experience as a representative or account manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from opportunity to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven track record of closing deals with technology related contracting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to grasp cutting edge technologies.
  • Strong internet research skills.
  • Proven experience with the entire US IT Staffing life-cycle.
  • Experience with IT staffing, recruiting, and business development.
  • Proven organizational skills coupled with attention to detail.
  • The ability to self-manage, prioritize initiatives and work well in a team environment with competing demands and tight deadlines.
