Startech USB Soundcard and Raspberry Pi

Trying to connect the RS-HFIQ to a Raspberry Pi 3B+ running Quisk (4.1.25) but get the "mirrored" spectrum. I'm using the Startech soundcard (because both UCA202 soundcards from Amazon only had one mic input channel working).

Using Pulse Audio, and managed to configure the soundcard sample rate to 48KHz same as Quisk. Soundcard works fine on Windows 10 PC running HPSDR.

Has anyone managed to get the Startech to work with a Pi, or can give me any advice on how to proceed?
