We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in the Sales and Marketing modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure, and implement Dynamics 365 solutions, and support end-to-end CRM projects. Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys (formerly Dynamics 365 Marketing) is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights – Journeys (Marketing) modules.
- Design and implement lead management, opportunity management, sales pipeline, forecasting, and customer engagement processes.
- Configure customer journeys, email campaigns, segmentation, lead scoring, forms, and marketing automation.
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and data migration activities.
- Configure business process flows, security roles, dashboards, views, and reports.
- Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver CRM solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend best practices.
Required Skills
- 12-15 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys (Marketing).
- Expertise in CRM configuration and customization.
- Knowledge of lead, opportunity, quote, order, and campaign management.
- Experience configuring customer journeys, email marketing, segmentation, and lead scoring.
- Good understanding of Dataverse and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Knowledge of security roles, business process flows, dashboards, and reporting.
- Experience with requirement gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM integrations.
- Exposure to Azure DevOps and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of data migration and CRM deployment strategies.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, C#, or plugins is an added advantage.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
