We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) and Finance & Operations (F&O) implementations. The ideal candidate will lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs, manage cross-functional teams, oversee integrations with third-party applications, and drive successful delivery in complex multi-vendor environments.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Management

• Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE and F&O implementation projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and overall delivery.
• Coordinate activities across business, functional, technical, and vendor teams.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate executive reviews, steering committee meetings, and escalation management.

Technical & Integration Leadership

• Oversee integrations between Dynamics 365 and external enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with solution architects and technical leads on integration strategies and solution design.
• Manage data migration, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
• Support API-based integrations and Azure integration technologies.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate delivery across multiple third-party vendors and technology partners.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and cross-team collaboration.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical solutions, and delivery milestones.

Techno-Functional Coordination

• Translate business requirements into technical workstreams and project plans.
• Facilitate workshops, solution reviews, and requirement discussions.
• Partner with functional consultants, architects, developers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience in enterprise technology initiatives.
• 7+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and/or F&O projects.
• Strong experience managing large-scale ERP/CRM implementations.
• Experience working in System Integrator (SI) and multi-vendor environments.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, F&O, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
• Understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, middleware, and Azure integration services.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder, risk, and vendor management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and release management processes.
• Experience supporting global transformation programs and multi-country deployments.
• Industry experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Supply Chain, Healthcare, or related sectors.
