D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Technical Architect – Finance & SCM | Remote

We are looking for an experienced D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Technical Architect to lead architecture, development, integrations, data migration, security, and performance optimization initiatives for enterprise-scale implementations.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in D365 F&O technical architecture, X++ development, Azure integrations, DevOps, and Finance & Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes. Experience in the healthcare domain is preferred.
D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Technical Architect – Finance & SCM -- #Remote
Required Experience
- 15+ years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) / AX development.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or Senior Technical Lead.
- Experience delivering at least 3 full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations.
- Experience working on global or multi-country deployments.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical architecture, solution design, and development for D365 F&O Finance and Supply Chain implementations.
- Design and develop customizations, extensions, integrations, and enhancements using X++ and D365 extensibility frameworks.
- Define scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements.
- Design and support integrations using OData, custom services, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs, and batch frameworks.
- Lead data migration and data management activities using Data Management Framework (DMF) and Data Entities.
- Establish and manage CI/CD processes using Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices.
- Drive application, database, and batch-processing performance optimization initiatives.
- Design and implement security models, role-based access controls, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and compliance controls.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and offshore teams throughout project delivery.
- Support solutioning, effort estimation, proof of concepts, and technical discussions.
- Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
