To people on the RRR announcements mailing list:
I'm pleased to announce this call for contributing labs for a new Registered Replication Report (RRR) project to be published at Advances in Methods and Practices in Psychological Science (AMPPS):
The project is led by Emily Elliott and Candice Morey, and it will attempt a replication of Flavell, Beach, and Chinsky’s (1966) seminal study on the development of verbalization as a memory/rehearsal strategy in children. The lead team has created all materials for the study, and the announcement above has links to a provisionally accepted phase-1 manuscript as well as all of the details of the study.
If you have access to subjects of the appropriate ages and would like to participate, use the link provided in the announcement above (it goes to a Google form that asks for the information we need from you).
Please feel free to forward this message and the announcement to anyone you think might be interested. Please also share it on relevant mailing lists and social media sites. And, feel free to email me if you have any questions (ampps....@gmail.com
- please do NOT reply all).
