Which R package for multithreading / parallel computing makes most use of RROPEN and MKL Libraries?

Can you please recommend a multithreading / parallel computing package which would make most use of the RROPEN / MKL libraries?

 

Is there any library supporting CUDA calculations?

Hi Jiri,

There's nothing special any package needs to do to benefit from the MKL libraries -- any package that does a lot of vector/matrix operations will experience a speedup. You can read some details here:

RRO doesn't make any use of GPUs or CUDA but there are some R packages that do. I wrote a blog post on this topic yesterday:
