png(cairo=TRUE) fails

The following works in "normal" R 3.2.2; perhaps RRO didn't follow the [bug reports](https://bugs.r-project.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=16435)

> png("adp.png", width=6, height=5, unit="in", res=150, pointsize=14, type="cairo")

Warning messages:

1: In png("adp.png", width = 6, height = 5, unit = "in", res = 150,  :

  unable to load shared object '/Library/Frameworks/R.framework/Resources/library/grDevices/libs//cairo.so':

  dlopen(/Library/Frameworks/R.framework/Resources/library/grDevices/libs//cairo.so, 6): Library not loaded: /usr/local/lib/libfreetype.6.dylib

  Referenced from: /Library/Frameworks/R.framework/Resources/library/grDevices/libs//cairo.so

  Reason: image not found

2: In png("adp.png", width = 6, height = 5, unit = "in", res = 150,  :

  failed to load cairo DLL
