I'm trying to render nuke script of 2k files which is rendering properly when rendering locally but when i try rendering the same nuke script in RR the output resolution is changing to 2050x1091 as the original resolution is 2048x1156

This is happening only when rendering in RR

Hi

RR does not change the resolution of the comp.
But if you use proxy resolutions to render e.g.  ½ the resultion, then this is a setting.
Which resolution is set in Nuke: Edit/Project Settings?

There is a setting to render in proxy mode in RR.
You can change this setting in either rrSubmitter or rrControl, tab Settings.
First column, bottom, named „ProxyMode“

OFF:
Open Nuke script at full resolution. Scripts that have been saved displaying proxy images can be opened to show the full resolution image using this flag.
ON:
Open Nuke script at proxy resolution. Scripts that have been saved displaying full resolution images can be opened to show the proxy resolution image using this flag.

The project settings in Nuke is the same as the input and the proxy mode is off in Nuke

Also the Proxy mode in RR is off while submitting the job

Iam getting proper resolution when rendering directly from nuke, the issue is only when rendering using RR

You can try to disable the nuke flags for the resolution.

Please edit the file

\render_apps\_config\C13__Nuke8.cfg

And remove the line

  <COProxyMode  -p ? -f>

It should not be related, but the only other change that RR does is the Local Render Out change.
You can disable Local Scene Copy as well.
If the issue still persists after you disable these two options for the job, then you might want to ask The Foundry if they know how this can happen in console mode.
