Hi
So this means that the older Arnold version is not compatible with the newer Maya?
Please select the job in rrControl, open Tab Jobs and verify that the Maya version is right.
As a next step, you have to install Maya into different folders that are named 2019.2 and 2019.3.
<Program Files>\Autodesk\Maya2019.2
<Program Files>\Autodesk\Maya2019.3
Perhaps it is possible to have Maya2019.2 in folder Maya2019, but then you need to change the client config and tell RR that Maya2019 is 2019.2.

Holger Schönberger

Hi
The file itself is RoyalRender\sub\cfg_global\clients.ini
But it is not that easy to edit with a text editor as I have seen that the version and the installation path are saved in two separate locations (Just logged a request to change this).
Editing via the rrConfig UI (tab Per client config) might not be easy if your machines have different render applications installed as well.
But I can take a look at our clients.ini file if you open a support ticket via support@RoyalRender.
