Cannot order license

Greetings. I have been trying to renew the  license for our company´s RR Renderfarm.... (32 nodes).
I go to the server/RRlicense tab in RRConfig, and click on the order link
a prompt asks me to tell it how many nodes are needed and for how much time.... i fill the data as required..
As soon as i submit it, it says "No products were selected, Please select at least one product and start the form again",in red letters in a website. .. but i dont find a way to select that product in RRconfig.... , the only thing it asks is how manty nodes and how much time...... What am i doing wrong please?
We already have a subscription, what we need is to renew the subscription.
(A detail.... im doing this from a remote computer, maybe that´s it?)....

ok, the commercial department has sent me an email thet arrived to them with a login to a mycommerce account..... we could finally login there, but once again , there´s no way we can see to request the licence or buy it from there.... just change personal data and shows us the times the license was renewed.
we are stuck.

Oh, i forgot, the version of royal render we are using is 9.1.12.

We had to change our payment provider.

The links in rrConfig should work fine, they have been relinked to the new provider.

I just tested the links without issues.

Which RR version do you use?

Greetings. 
We could order with the provided link, we paid for the 32 nodes for 3 months, but the license email never arrived..... and we are without a license here. We can only use 4 nodes.... that´s how its working right now, but we need the 32 nodes we paid for.

I cannot reproduce the issue with the link in rrConfig.

Please use the right of the two button to copy the order link.

Then send it in an email to our support ticket system support (at) RoyalRender.de

Then I can try to reproduce it with the exact same link.

The license was send on 22.January to john.hernandez. (The email in rrConfig)

I have resend the license now.

Greetings.
Once again, the license expired and we tried to order via the link in the RRCONFIG app in the server tab. 
But once again, the link didnt work for us.... same problem as before.... A blank web site that says in red : No Products have been added to the cart.
We need a license for 32 clients for 3 months, that would be it..... if you can send us the link directly like the last time we would greatly appreciate it, so we buy that license as soon as possible.
