Need help again with the license purchase link.

Greetings, we still have the same problem as the other times..... we cant access the license purchase website from RRconfig`s link.
It leads to a blank website with a red prompt saying there are no items in the cart.
I know it is due to a special character in our license, but somehow it still doesnt work.
Could you please send us a link for 28 nodes for a 3 months license so we can purchase the license?

My boss is asking if the software can be bought by our Mompozt office in Mexico instead of Colombia...... We have an office there.

Thanks a lot for all your help in this regard.
Anyway I have a doubt about the Mexican purchase...... They want to buy it in mexico taking into account that we have an office there (basically a sales office), as in the US and two other latin american countries , so Mompozt really exists in mexico and those places as a properly registered company.... but it has to do with the fact that taxes are much lower there, so they have to pay less....
But our main production facility and the machine in which the farm is running (that hasn't changed) still work in Colombia.... so the software would be run in Colombia. If the purchase is made by our mexican collegues will it work here?....  Is the license "Country bound"?.... Sorry, I am the one who will be crucified if they make that purchase and it for some reason doesn't work, so I have to ask.

The license is bound to the machine/company.
Not to the place of the person that ordered it.

Taxes are paid to your country, not to us.

We do not care at all about any tax percentage.

 

It would be a different if we offer different net/base prices for different countries.

 

 

Let’s choose a different example:

We work with software resellers all around the world.

They order our software and sell it to the end customer.

So theoretically, if you want to make it 100% legal proof, your Mexican company can re-sell it to the Colombian company.

Note that we do not have any price restrictions/limitations for reseller.

Greetings.
Once again we cant use the link in the RRconfig app to get a purchase link, and i am here asking you for a custom purchase link for a 3 month license for 32 nodes, so my question is..... does the last link you sent:



work for purchasing the 3 month license? (i see the price was updated  and it seems to work).... or do you need to send me another purchase link?.... can we buy the licenses every 3 months using that same link?
That way we shouldn`t need to ask you for a new link every time. If you have to send me a new one every time..... no problem and we will keep doing this.

PD. im aware that if i upgrade RR to the latest build our licensing  problem may be corrected, but the administrative team hasnt given me the authorization to do so, as we are constantly using the farm (on a daily basis) and they fear an upgrade problem can disable the farm for entire days. They say "if its working dont touch it", and i dont agree, but i must obey.

Hmm, because you cannot update RR  I thought I had send you a license that did not include the characters that broke the link.
I will take a look at this before the new license is exported.

Anyway, yes, the link works.
We have relinked it to our new partner.

It is the same link that rrConfig creates.   (Without auto-fill of your address data)

There have been many bug fixes and new features..

Note:
You can backup the existing RR folder and copy it back if something does not work.
