Hi
I had a device where the GPU was reported missing (windows problem not RR), but now Royal Render still thinks the mahcine has 0 GPU.

Is there a way to refresh the benchmarks?

Thanks

Hi

You have two options:
1) Retest GPU and CPU.

rrControl, menu Clients, New command Job.
Select Speedtest.

Assign the client only.

Enable the job.

This should set the GPU count as well.

2) Reset Settings.
open rrConfig, menu Clients, tab per client config.
Select the machine and set the GPU count to -1.
Restart rrClient.

Great thanks, worked great.

Potentially a similar issue, but I have a load of devices where the GPU usage % is never reported. It's always stuck at 0. These are new 5090 devices and 6000. Most of these jobs are redshift from c4d if that helps.

Cheers
Tom

Hi

I have to take a look at the app and render log files what the issue might be.

Please select the job (or multiple) in rrControl.

Then execute "Export debug info - selected job(s)" via the menu "Debug".

Please upload via www.RoyalRender.de/upload_r.php

PS:

The application that tracks the GPU usage can be tested separately with

RR\release\bin\win64\rrGpuInfo.exe -debug
