Python

• new jobSend_... functions in all modules: ChangeClientAssignment(), addFrameSet(), ReplaceFrameset(), addFrameSetBinary(), ReplaceFramesetBinary()
• RRs unicode string variables accepts python bytes(char) as well. RRs char string accepts python unicode as well.
• Return exception if client or job list used for an RR function is not a valid number.
• _binaryFrameSet convenience improvements (set start frame autoamtically, string loader accepts all types)
• export _binaryFrameSet directly via job.seqFrameSetBinary()

Misc

• rClient: Linux/MacOS: rewritten function that starts external process to reduce potential issues
• Blender Submission: Option to render all View Layers at once if file format is Multi-Layer Exr
• rrControl: 24 new entries for tab Job Stats
