I did:
> hmm<-RRegrs(DataFileName="ds.gajewicz.csv", PathDataSet="gajewicz", noCores=4, iSplitTimes=2, noYrand=2) > hmm$BestMethod [1] "glmnet" > hmm$BestStats (reports all stats for glmnet as I understand)
And Lets say now I have those 32 nano-descriptors calculated so how I can predict LD50 (net.c variable right?) from them using glmnet model?
Thanks for help.

Hello,
You need to replace the name of your data set in DataFileName & if you only want to run the glmnet model, then set the remaining model parameters (fLM, fGLM, fPLS, fLASSO, fSVRM, fNN, fRF, fRFRFE, fSVMRFE) to FALSE ('F').
