Do you guys have a "wish list"? If so, please add the following item:

Please add a new file called Summary.csv. This file contains 10 rows and two columns. The first column contains the name of the analysis module. The second column contains the performance number that you used to produce the "best" module. Please sort the performance column in descending order so that we can see the best module at the top of the table.

Thanks for the suggestion. The closest thing we have is a summary file at DataResults/RRegrsResAvgs.csv which includes average statistics for all methods/ data splits/ validation type. This is not sorted but it could be easily (best regression model is chosen based on higher test R^2 value (+/- 0.05) & minimum RMSE).
