The "Drinking" part of this list... Bluebell Beer etc

Apologies that this isn't properly cycling, but several of you have asked about this, but I'm afraid my own availability for these events is limited.  There is however, an unexpected RRCS connection!  Read on...

1) The Bluebell Railway beer festival is at Sheffield Park station on the coming weekend (Friday 23-Sunday 25)

Trains run in the evening to/from East Grinstead, and you can get a train from there to Redhill via Easty Croydon.

Sadly I have things on each day, so won't be there.

Penny's Brugess Hill based choir are however performing at Sheffield Park as part of the even on Saturday Lunchtime!

2) I thought there was a Rail Ale train on 30th, but I can't go to it, and it's now a fish & chip supper train anyway...

3) Before going to hear EAC in Dorking on Saturday 8th October there's a Beer Festival at the Spa Valley Railway in Tunbridge Wells (train to Tonbridge and then down to TW, and a 15 minute walk to Tunbridge Wells West). It's going on Friday-Sunday (7-9 Oct).

4) At the Garibaldi, 30 September - 2 October is the Redhill and Redstone Rotary Charity Beer Festival (but again I can't go to that!)

5) Bonfire Dark Ales event at the Garibaldi: 4-6 November - I can do this!

6) Rick, Olivia and I (and other familiar faces) are singing in the Cantamus Concert at Reigate Park Church, 7pm this Saturday 24th.

It will give us ideas for events to cycle to - weather-permitting!
