Hello everyone, we are excited to announce our next gathering is Saturday April 12th 9:00-12:00. The shop will be open from 8:30-12:30.

Tak and I are back from Japan and excited to see you all again, I will keep it simple this month - Let's have some fun using our planes, sharpening some tools, and playing with joinery. Bring whatever tools you'd like.

For anyone that does not have a block plane or other hand tools, we strongly suggest purchasing some for yourself, this plane from Suzuki tool in a 48mm width is recommended - it is a great plane to start with. Chisels, saws and whatnot can be purchased from Suzuki tools, Hida tools, etc. Don't hesitate to ask if you are unsure of what to get.
