It is time to apply for one of the furniture industry’s best career education opportunities: the 2026 Bienenstock Future Designers Summit, scheduled for September 23-25, 2026 in High Point, NC. For those students accepted, once you arrive in High Point this opportunity is free. All meals, seminars, tours, housing and transportation while in town are covered!
We are happy to announce that Patti Carpenter will be one of our keynote speakers this year.
In addition to the keynote seminars, our Itinerary includes manufacturing facility tours, showroom tours, industry mentoring sessions with professionals, team building activities and an opportunity to have one on one time with our sponsors and design professionals. This is a wonderful opportunity to experience the home furnishings industry outside the classroom and be better prepared to enter the world of design!

Any junior, senior or grad student majoring in a design related field and attending a design program in the US is able to apply!
The International Society of Furniture Designers will lead a panel discussion on the profession of furniture design.
Deadline for applications is March 1, 2026.
