Cabinet Maker – Highland Mill Shop
Pay: $23–$26 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Highland Mill Shop
Highland Mill Shop is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, values precision, and enjoys working with high-quality materials to produce custom cabinetry and millwork.
Responsibilities:
Build and assemble custom cabinetry and millwork components according to shop drawings and specifications
Operate woodworking machinery including table saws, panel saws, edge banders, routers, and sanders
Read and interpret shop drawings, cut lists, and project plans
Ensure all work meets Highland Mill Shop’s quality standards and project timelines
Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient production workflow
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following safety procedures
Qualifications:
1+ years of cabinet making, woodworking, or millwork experience preferred
Ability to read shop drawings and blueprints
Experience operating woodworking equipment and tools
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team environment
