Spring Student Exhibition updates

Hello FIW members.  There are some updates you should know about for the upcoming student exhibition.

First, the time (May 17th from 12:00 to 2:00) is the time of our exhibition.  The location has changed from the shop to RRCC's Grand Foyer and The Bridge (next to the cafeteria).

Secondly, Photography...We will have photography set up in the conference rooms next to the Grand Foyer.  You work will then be securely stored in the conference rooms until Saturday the 17th when we set up for the exhibition.  You will need to drop your work starting Wednesday (14th) afternoon after 1:30, and complete the photography form and waiver forms.

Lastly, we will once again need tons of help moving all of the pieces for photography, then in place for the exhibition, cleaning up the shop, etc., etc.  Please find the volunteer sign-up sheet on the shop monitor's bench in the  main shop. 

If you are available at any time starting Wednesday afternoon through Saturday, we can certainly use your muscle and input.

Sending a quick reminder to make sure to drop off your work as soon as possible tomorrow, 5/15, to be photographed.  

There will not be enough time to photograph your work if it is not dropped off tomorrow as early as possible.

The drop-off location is in the Grey's and Torey's conference rooms, by the bookstore.  

You can drive down to the building to deliver your pieces.
