HIRING: WEB DEVELOPER / PROGRAMMER

Relish New Brand Experience is a multi-disciplinary brand boutique based in the heart of Winnipeg, Manitoba. What started as a one-person studio in 1998 has blossomed into a 20-person firm with a full range of design, marketing and interactive services. We’re currently looking at adding another person to our growing team. If you have a degree or diploma in web development or programming, and have a solid understanding of WordPress and theme development, then a career at Relish is right up your alley.

We’re looking for somebody who is:

* Comfortable building interactive components and using technologies such as Ajax
* Proficient in XHTML, HTML5 , CSS and JavaScript
* A conceptual thinker who can develop big ideas
* Detail-oriented, even under tight time constraints
* Collaborative, open-minded and comfortable participating in critiques
* Self-motivated to continuously learn and try new things
* A great listener who can solve problems for specific people with design

Experience

* 1-2 years in a similar position
* iOS / Android / Blackberry application development
* Flash Action Script 3 programming
* Web application development experience an asset
* Knowledge of responsive web design

We’re Hiring: MOTION GRAPHICS DESIGNER / VIDEOGRAPHER

We’re currently looking at adding another person to our growing team. If you’re passionate about motion graphic design and videography, and have experience with server and client side development, then a career at Relish is right up your alley.

We’re looking for somebody who is:

* A conceptual thinker that can develop big ideas and solve problems through design
* Self-motivated and continuously learns and tries new things
* Collaborative, open-minded and comfortable with constructive feedback
* Well rounded in Final Cut, After Effects and related software
* Detail-oriented, even under tight time constraints
* Comfortable taking part in video and photography shoots

Experience

* Advanced knowledge of Final Cut Pro, DSLR cameras and related equipment
* Proficiency in shooting, editing and cataloguing video
* A track record of creating unique and visually interesting motion graphics
* A degree or diploma in film, animation or similar
* 1-2 years of work experience in a similar position

A working knowledge of web development, in particular content management systems such as WordPress, will be considered an asset.
