Greetings fellow amateurs in the Rolla area:
On Monday, April 18, The North American Kilowatt Club will operate special event club station NA1KW marking the 80th anniversary of Doolittle’s Raiders attack on Tokyo during World War II. I am writing to invite your club’s participation, should you have a couple of members who would like to help operate the special event station.
We will be on the air from Doolittle, Missouri on various bands from 9 AM to 7 PM Central Time. We will provide all the equipment.
If a couple of your members would like to take an operating shift and be a part of this important commemoration, please let me know and I will provide additional information.
