I understand some WorkForce Centers are having problems where customers cannot get to their Microsoft-based emails. It seems that Microsoft is now "verifying" customer accounts. Because of the nature of the Resource Area computers each customer that attempts to access their email is going to run into this type of situation.
Once a customer has verified their account with Microsoft (I don't have instructions for that), here's the instructions they can use. (See attached.)
My personal opinion is that I thought it was not real obvious to a user!
I understand Google is doing the same thing. I'll try to post instructions for that later.
