If you reply, the message is send to the user group which is sufficient and desired.
("Reply All" might send the message twice to the last author which is not required.
Replying "in private" prevents other users to see the answers and might not be seen by the single receiver if he has email rules in place.

Note:
If you submit such a job, then RR executes all frames on one machine in one go.
We have not investigated if it is possible to append data as it was not possible with other cache files.
If it is possible with a setting we have overseen, we can force that setting in RR.

For Maya:
It is not possible to submit a completely different renderer with our plugins.
You would have to modify the submission plugin and hardcode the renderer name.
For Houdini:
The rrSubmitter node has a setting „RR Renderer Name“.
You can either enter the complete name like "createAss_rez", but then you would have to set it separately for each renderer.
E.g. an Arnold ROP submits two jobs, a createAss and a Arnold_StA job.
OR you can modify the name:
If you enter „*_rez“ as renderer name, then _rez is appended to all jobs.
Which should fit your setup.
