Hello again,

We recently updated our RRserver to be using the currently latest RR Version (9.1.15).
Before that Maya-Arnold was able to render jobs without any issues.
After the Update, it now seems to receive the frames form the server, then throws an error, skipping the frames, and ending the job with a Execute Error, and no further logs, or messages.

This behaviour seems to not only affect Maya, as all Render applications act in the same way, after the update.

During the update it did flag the render_apps\_setenv\all\maya__inhouse.rrEnv File, as it did contain the the arnold licensing server information. But I already tried replacing it with the rr_original file, and readding the necessary server information.
This did not change the error behaviour.

Also the machine I am sending the frames to, is able to render the maya file without any issues when started manually locally.

I am sorry if this is a easy solution, or just a beginner mistake,
but I am not getting any wiser out of these logs.

Kind regards,
Philip

Hi

It has nothing to do with the render config or setenv files.

Ulb313is001628 states that Windows cannot execute the batch file it has created. 'C:\RR_localdata\C_Ulb313is001628_A.bat'

I have taken a look at the change log of the function source and there was not a change for that function within the last year.

I think the fastest way to find the issue is a remote session this week.

Please send an email to support (at) RoyalRender.de to arrange a date.
