rrServer: Output directory not found

Hi there,

Our rrServer has been working fine for a long time, suddenly this morning we are getting this error:

We did have issues with our servers over the weekend but we fixed all of that. Is there any way to know what this error is talking about?

The "Output File" on the "Job Info" tab is totally fine, I can click the output file path and it opens the correct path on windows explorer.

Any idea what else I can look at? We are a bit lost here.

Hi,

if the output folder is ok but the server still cannot find it, we have to make sure that it can be accessed from the server machine using the rrService's user credentials: perhaps the server does not use the same file sharing system and access credentials as the users accessing the files via Explorer

Hi

Please take a look at these app log files of the rrServer.
RR/sub/log/_error_server.txt
RR/sub/log/server...txt

Scroll to the time the error happened.

To reproduce the issue, please login at the rrServer with the same
user that you use to run the rrServer.
Then open rrControl and try to open the output folder of the job.

Thank you! That was exactly what I needed :) Looking at the log file gave me a lot more info.
