can't connect license Arnold

I i have struggle to connect the license arnold.

I have already setup the arnold__inhouse.rrEnv in the _setenv folder.
We have a RLM license for autodesk.
Port : 2080
IP : 192.168.0.2
Name server : SRV-LIC

like that :
echo * ------ arnold__inhouse.rrEnv ------

solidangle_LICENSE  =  2080@SRV-LIC

If i follow the documentation, i have to to the autodesk license registration.
The thing is, we render principaly in 3DS Max, so if i understand right i have to do something with the ArnoldConfig.pit (at this location C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\MAXtoA_2024\license\pit)

Not sure of what i have to do ?

It is not set…

 

Do you render .ass files with Arnold Standalone (kick.exe)?

Or do you render 3dsmax scenes that happen to use Arnold?

 

The arnold__inhouse.rrEnv is for Arnold standalone only.

If you use the 3dsmax inhouse file if your main app is 3dsmax.

 

 

 

The pit configuration should only be required if you use the ADSK license server (clm), not RLM.

And the error message is different:  “error: (44) Product key not found”.

We render with 3dsmax scenes that append arnold.

But in the  3dsmax inhouse, i have just this : 
echo * ------ 3dsmax__inhouse.rrEnv ------

Please copy  the setting names from the Arnold rrEnv file.

I have basicly copy past this :

In the 3dsmax__inhouse.rrEnv (in this location \\SRV-DATA2\rr\RoyalRender\render_apps\_setenv\all)

and it works
