Important: Incompatibilities
8.4 is not compatible with 8.3 any more.
libpyRR2_datafiles python module: Some function names had to be changed. Please see the SDK folder for new examples.
If you are using the RR9 beta, please update it as well http://www.royalrender.de/help/Version90.html

Statistic files
The global stats (shown in rrControl) have been extended to 30 days and 3 60 days.
rrClient stats increased to 400 days.

Hi Achim,

we have fixed a few inaccuracies in the submission plugin, mostly relative to edge cases. Here's the list from the changes:

• replace $pass with "unresolved" on multilayer multipass jobs
• avoid leaving document unsaved on multitake submission
• skip takes with no render data instead of terminating with error
• use resolved direct path of Redshift AOVs
• use beauty/diffuse as main pass among Redshift AOVs
• include AOVs direct save as channels when submit multilayer multipass scenes

If you use our submission plugin you might benefit from updating it via rrWorkstationInstaller, otherwise you can proceed as usual as nothing has changed in the configuration,
