Error Render when updating to RR 8.3.00

Hi, our renderfarm suddenly not working when we update the RR to the new version

This is the error code, is it possible to downgrade the RR?, or we need to re install everything again?

I have taken a look at the Katana files and the last change was in RR version v8.2.30.

There was no change in 8.3.00 for Katana.

Which was RR the version that you used before?

Do you have an old Katana job in the queue that had rendered before?

(Or did this job render before and after the update?)

Please select the old job and the new one.
Then execute "Export debug info - selected job(s)" via the menu "Debug".
Please upload the file via www.RoyalRender.de/upload_r.php

You would loose all jobs, but it is possible.

You can download the installer and choose „Re-install over old installation“ to keep your config files.

You might need to reboot the rrClients.

This job is rendered before the update

I upload the debug file, but after the debug an error shows up, the error is attached below

Okay, I will try to downgrade it, because the render was working in previous version

About the debug file export issue:

It looks like your rrControl machine had the date and time 14.9. 07:24 and the rrServer 13.9. 19:28.

So it seems the time is shifted by 12 hours between your machines.

About the Katana issue:

www.RoyalRender.de/download/support/katana.zip

Please extract the file in the zip and copy it into these 2 folders:

RR\render_apps\_setenv\all\

RR\render_apps\_setenv\all\rr_original

It looks like a uppercase/lowercase issue.

The renderer in the job was set to „redshift“, but the rrEnv files compares with „Redshift“.

I assume the rrSubmitter does now match the case with the config, but the rrEnv file was not updated for Redshift.
